Buying a used phone I can actually trust

I wanted a good phone without paying new prices. They showed me a few used handsets, told me honestly about the battery health on each, and let me hold them and try them.

No pressure at all. They set it up with my old number and moved my photos across before I left the shop.

Six months on, it's still going strong. Being able to walk back in and ask a question is worth everything.
